Greta Van Fleet’s setlist at the Delta Center was an absolute powerhouse of rock and roll. The setlist contained only 15 songs. Nine of them from their recently released album Starcatcher. Missing were songs like “Highway Tune” and “Safari Song”. Not sure why those songs wouldn’t be played over a long drum solo or lengthy instrumentals, but the crowd never deviated from their energy so they must have been fine with it. After the show I did hear several people mention that they loved the show but were confused with so many new songs being played and not as many fan favorites. Greta Van Fleet did play an awesome acoustic version of “Black Smoke Rising” when they played on a B Stage at the other end of the venue. They also included an incredible cover of “Unchained Melody”.
