Lines of boots and hats wrapping around the block. It’s safe to say Utah’s gone Country for rising star Warren Zeiders. The Union Events Center has had a solid lineup of Country artists over the years. This night was no exception. Zeiders brought the fans and the music.
Austin Williams
Opening the set, new artist “straight outta” Nashville Austin Williams. You will also see him on Larry Fleet’s Tour this year. He brought some throwbacks our way “Anyone a Hinder fan?” As the crowd sang every word of “Lips Of An Angel”. Does anyone else remember where they were when that came out? No, Just me? Austin brought great stage presence and audience interaction and even gave us an incredible mashup of “Colt 45” By Afroman before exiting.

One or two songs is all it took ladies to start chanting “Take it off!”. Little shirt lifts here and there kept them a little patient. Warren Zeiders shared with the crowd that he officially has a number-one song on the charts. It was cool to hear “Pretty Little Poison” knowing it’s been a number-one hit. Seeing a star on the rise is an exciting thing.
His father or “Daddy Z” as he put it celebrated his birthday. He came out on stage and we all sang “Happy Birthday” as he blew out his candles. What an incredible thing to share with your dad as a headlining artist on tour. We Utah’ns were happy to share the magic.
“Up To No Good”, and “Heavy Pour” as well as a cover or two. “Enter Sandman/ Man In The Box” and “Simple Man” are some of the songs you can expect to hear on the setlist. Some killer smoke machines, fantastic stage presence, and eventually the removal of his shirt (yes ladies, he does eventually take it off). If you missed his show in Salt Lake here are the remaining dates, well worth the service charge.
